WR Berkley Q2 more than halves on lower writings, investment losses
US reinsurer WR Berkley has said that second quarter net income more than halved.
The company reported that net income for the second three months of the year to end-June fell to $80.2m, down from $190.6m in the corresponding period last year. First half net income dropped to $268
