DCA publishes long-awaited personal injury claims paper
The Department for Constitutional Affairs has today published the long-awaited ‘Case track limits and the claims process for personal injury claims’ consultation paper.
The consultation paper considers the arguments that have been put forward by stakeholders for and against raising the small claims track limit in relation to personal injury cases.It concludes that
