Oriental Assurance named as sunken Philippino ferry insurer - source
Philippines-based insurer Oriental Assurance has been named as the insurer of the striken Princess of the Stars, which sank last week in the Philippines.
According to the source, settlements of $4,000 per person has been offered to each passenger on “Princess of the Stars”, which is feared to have killed as many as 800 people when it sank in a typhoon
