Fitch changes Fortis rating watch to positive
Fitch Ratings has changed the rating watch on the long-term issuer default ratings of the five Fortis holding companies - Fortis SA/NV, Fortis NV, Fortis Brussels, Fortis Utrecht and Fortis Insurance NV - to positive from evolving.
It said that the positive rating watch reflects the clarification of the financial situation of the five holding companies following the most recent shareholder vote in favour of the sale of a 50Only users who have a paid subscription or are part of a corporate subscription are able to print or copy content.
