THB - PWS deal back on
THB Group has revealed that its acquisition of PWS is back on, after legal issues were resolved between the two parties.
It is "shortly" expected to announce the acquisition of the UK and European-based business and certain assets of PWS International, together with some assets of PWS Group Services Ltd and PWS Holdings
