Final Paris terminal collapse bill still unknown

The collapse of part of a modern terminal at Charles de Gaulle airport outside Paris on May 23 could cost insurance companies hundreds of millions of euros with the majority of the bill being picked up by the reinsurance market, according to the Association of French Reinsurers (ARF).

Speaking in Paris ARF president Thierry Masquelier said: “This will be a fairly complex incident that will probably have to be evaluated at several hundred million euros,”
