Australian court ruling deals a blow for DVT claims
Holiday travellers who suffer from blood clots that they think are related to international flights may not be able to receive compensation from airlines following an Australian appeal court ruling today.
The Australian appeal ruling concurs with a similar UK appeal court ruling last year that airlines are not liable for deep vein thrombosis claims under the Warsaw Convention governing internationalOnly users who have a paid subscription or are part of a corporate subscription are able to print or copy content.
