GIC to open branch office in London
Reinsurance magazine has learned that General Insurance Corporation of India (GIC) is to open a full branch in London as part of plans to diversify away from its core home market.
The company, which reinsures under the brandname GIC Re, currently has a representative office in London.
A spokesman confirmed that it was working on opening an underwriting operation in London and
