Aon to pay damages to Pinnacle
USP Strategies, a Pinnacle Insurance Holdings plc company, has been awarded significant damages and indemnity costs from Aon Warranty Group by a High Court judge.
AON was found to have infringed copyright and breach of confidentiality obligations by unlawfully copying a scheme document. The document had previously been disclosed to AON in strict confidence andOnly users who have a paid subscription or are part of a corporate subscription are able to print or copy content.
