Greek insurer EIH announces London listing plans
European Insurance Holdings which, following the consolidation of the operating companies Egnatia Insurance and LeMonde Insurance, will be one of Greece’s fastest growing insurance groups has announced an equity fund raising and plans to list on the Alternative Investment Market.
The group has appointed Catalyst Investment Group, a London based investment specialist focussed on raising corporate finance for small cap, high growth unquoted companies, to manage a £1.6 million
