Franklin weakens as Bermuda beckons
The island of Bermuda looks set to escape the wrath of Tropical Storm Franklin following signs that it is starting to weaken.
Currently located between Florida and Bermuda, Franklin is presently predicted to pass near the island sometime on Tuesday.The storm is the largest of its kind to pass the island since Hurricane
