Alexander Forbes admits sale plan
Broker Alexander Forbes has announced today on the South African Stock Exchange that it is in talks which could lead to a sale of the company.
The firm said that this could take the shape of a private equity buyout or a mangement buyout. There is also speculation that parts of the business, such as International Risk Services, could be spun
