Erinaceous buys Letsure in £12m deal
Erinaceous Insurance Services, the property insurance services division of Erinaceous Group Plc has completed the acquisition of The Lumley Holdings group of companies including Lumley Letsure Limited for £12 million.
Erinaceous said The Lumley name has been known in the insurance marketplace for over 100 years and is one of the UK’s leading independent insurance brokers with an annual gross written premium of £16
