RSA non core sale raises £108.7m
Royal and Sun Alliance today sold its 20% stake in Rothschilds Continuation Holdings AG to Jardine Strategic for £108.7m, subject to regulatory consents.
In a statement RSA said: “The transaction follows discussions over the last few months and is a disposal of a strategic holding which is no longer core to the business.“The total cash consideration
