Two equestrian firms KBIS and THB British Equestrian have entered into negotiations with a view to KBIS acquiring the UK retail part of THB Equestrian.
An extensive consultation process has started so that the two businesses can go forwards as leaders in the equestrian insurance market.The proposed plan would see THB British Equestrian’s UK retail
