Novae says Gustav, Ike loss to reduce FY profits by £5-10m
Lloyd's insurer Novae has said that Hurricanes Gustav and Ike, net of reinsurance and reinstatement premiums, will reduce profit before tax for 2008 by £5-10m.
Investment return to 30 September 2008 was £32.0m, equivalent to a return on invested assets for the nine months of 3.33%. At 1.24pm Novae's shares were up nearly 2pct, or 5p, at 260.Only users who have a paid subscription or are part of a corporate subscription are able to print or copy content.
