Skills Council calls for small firms to pilot new competency qualification
The Skills Council for Financial Services is embarking on a new project for managers in small firms who are responsible for training and competence. The project will pilot a new national qualification - Managing Training and Competence.
The council said the qualification had been designed specifically to help smaller firms meet the regulatory requirements and address business needs.Participants will get a bespoke e-learning
