Smart and Cook has purchased the commercial and personal lines account of Newcastle broker Alan Wilson Insurance Services.
Existing staff have all transferred to S&C, including Mr Wilson himself who remains as consultant.Meanwhile, the company has appointed Mike Fieldhouse as account executive.
