ABI guidance will improve online and telephone protection insurance applications
The Association of British Insurers (ABI) is taking further steps to help customers of life, critical illness and income protection insurance by putting forward proposals for consultation on new guidance to make applications over the telephone and Internet clearer. This latest initiative follows publication early this year of guidance designed to improve the clarity of written application forms.
