The Broker Network has announced its largest acquisition to date, paying £2.85m for Fraser Tennant Holdings of Stirling, Scotland.
The cost of buying Fraser Tennant was in fact five times that of the second largest. The maximum amountpayable under the acquisition agreement is expected to be £2.85m, comprising a deposit andOnly users who have a paid subscription or are part of a corporate subscription are able to print or copy content.
