Corporate Manslaughter Act could cost £21m, warns Hiscox

With the Corporate Manslaughter Act coming into force on 6 April, Hiscox has called upon companies to review their existing risk management procedures, as it says they are unlikely to provide adequate protection to new exposures introduced under the new legislation.

It is estimated that the new Act could potentially cost UK companies £21.2m in legal bills.
