RSA calls EGM to thrash out US sale
Further to the announcement made on 28 September 2006, Royal and Sun Alliance said today a circular relating to the disposal of its US Operation has today been posted to shareholders.
It contains the notice of an Extraordinary General Meeting of R&SA. Shareholders will be asked at the EGM to consider and, if thought fit, to approve a resolution authorising R&SA to dispose of its US
