RSA issues statement on approach
Royal & Sun Alliance has issued a statement following the announcement by Corvus Capital regarding its interest in the insurer. The statement said: RSA "confirms that it has not received any approach, nor is it involved in any discussions which could lead to an offer being made for the company>"
RSA added that it will make a further announcement if and when appropriate.Only users who have a paid subscription or are part of a corporate subscription are able to print or copy content.
