Former Opus chair joins SBJ board
Former Opus chairman Simon Ellen has taken up the same role at broker SBJ. It follows the completion of the sale of 51% of SBJ stock to private equity house Capital Z.
Mr Ellen, who stepped down from Opus after it was acquired by Willis, is joined on the board by Capital Z principals Jonathan Kelly and Eric Leathers. Both become directors.Only users who have a paid subscription or are part of a corporate subscription are able to print or copy content.
