Groupama stays on credit watch
Standard & Poor's Ratings Services said today that its 'A' long-term insurer financial strength rating on Groupama remains on 'credit watch' with negative implications pending receipt of a new guarantee from its parent, Groupama S.A.
Upon receipt, Standard & Poor's is expected to affirm the rating with a stable outlook, and remove Groupama from 'credit watch', where it was placed on Jan. 14, 2004, following the announcement thatOnly users who have a paid subscription or are part of a corporate subscription are able to print or copy content.
