CIS continues claims shake-up

The Co-operative Insurance Society will close another seven claims offices and relocate 270 staff.

It will create a new claims contact centre in Manchester, and expand the remaining claims offices in Bury St Edmunds, Stoke, Nottingham and Rugby.
