Chubb appoints Midlands' development manager

Chubb Insurance has appointed Harry Brown as branch development manager at Chubb’s Midlands office.

Mr Brown joins Chubb with thirteen years of industry experience, primarily as a broker. He joins Chubb from Aon where he has worked for seven years in a variety of roles, spanning from regional broking director, area sales director, and project management director for the Midlands and North regions.

Mr Brown will take up his new position on 1st May and be based in Birmingham, reporting to Carolyn Hamilton, UK Regional Manager, at Chubb Insurance. His responsibilities will include the development and growth of the Midlands across all departments and strategic business units within the region.

Carolyn Hamilton, UK Regions Manager at Chubb, said: “We are delighted that Harry has accepted the role as branch development manager for the Midlands. With over thirteen years experience in the business Harry will bring a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the position, he will be a valuable asset to the team and region."

Best Insurance Employer 2021

Between 15 March and 15 May Post invited insurance employees, through emails, social media and via the brand’s print and online channels, to nominate and rate their employers on a variety of aspects including their management, diversity, work/life balance and whether they would recommend the employer to a friend. More than 2300 responses were received and more than 50 firms were nominated.
