RSA given provisional greenlight over US disposal
Royal and Sun Alliance Insurance has been advised that the Delaware Insurance Commissioner has given conditional approval of the disposal of R&SA's US operation to Arrowpoint Capital Corp.
This approval is subject to a number of conditions that affect both RSA and Arrowpoint Capital, which require further consideration and may have a bearing on the completion of the transaction.Only users who have a paid subscription or are part of a corporate subscription are able to print or copy content.
