Judge Richards sanctions schemes of arrangements by insurance pools
Mr Justice Richards has sanctioned all schemes of arrangement proposed by 82 companies in relation to their participation on four EW Payne Pools.
Under the scheme, the largest pool scheme of arrangement brought to market to date, creditors will receive lump sum payments for their liabilities including future claims in return for their policies
