Norwich Union makes full disclosure plea
Norwich Union is introducing a factsheet for customers that highlights the importance of completing insurance application forms accurately. The aim is to reduce the number of customer claims that are rejected as a result of non-disclosure. From 23 June, Norwich Union will include the sheet in all information packs for protection products.
The factsheet advises customers on completing forms and stresses the need for people to disclose all the information that is requested. It also highlights the fact that an insurer can only provide
