Ace receives Spitzer subpoenas
Ace has reported that it had received subpoenas from the Securities and Exchange Commission and New York Attorney General Eliot Spitzer requesting documents in connection with an investigation into non-traditional, or loss mitigation, insurance products.
The Bermuda-based company added that it has not been named or referenced in any lawsuits stemming from the investigation. Ace said that it intends to comply with the subpoena.The Spitzer
