Benfield shares hit after results dip
Shares in reinsurance broker Benfield fell over 10% to 305p after posting pre-tax profits of £53m for the year end 31 December 2006 compared to £53.8m in 2005.
Benfield failed to meet analysts expectations and was hit be senior departures from its facultative solutions team. Benfield admitted in October its profits would be £10m below the "level previously
