US Department of Justice investigating AIGFP
AIG Financial Products Corp(AIGFP), a subsidiary of AIG, has become a target of an investigation by the US Department of Justice involving possible violations of federal security laws.
The announcement follows last week’s disclosure that the Staff of the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) was considering recommending that the SEC bring a civil action against AIG and AIGFPOnly users who have a paid subscription or are part of a corporate subscription are able to print or copy content.
