LFC Insurance acquires broker
LFC Insurance has acquired Essex-based commercial intermediary Roundhouse Insurance Brokers in its first buy since securing a multi-million pound refinancing deal with Macquarie Bank.
As part of the deal, which is due to complete on 29 May, all six employees of Roundhouse Insurance Brokers in Ongar will move to LFC Insurance's head office in South Woodham Ferrers, Essex, including
