Heritage hires Spiller as chairman
The board of Heritage Managing Agency, a member of Argo Group, has appointed David Spiller as its new chairman subject to receipt of Lloyd's and Financial Services Authority approval.
Mr Spiller succeeds John Kavanaugh, whose term of office as chairman concluded with Argo Group's acquisition of Heritage in May 2008. Mr Kavanaugh's resignation follows five years of valued service to
