Greenlight Capital Re says Q2 net income up 57%
Cayman Islands-based Greenlight Capital Re reported second quarter net income of $33.5m for the second quarter of 2008 up from net income of $21.3m for the same period in 2007.
Net investment income in the second quarter was $31m, a return of 4.5% on its investment portfolio, compared to $19.9m in the second quarter of 2007, a 6.8% return on our investment portfolio.
