SCA parts company with CFO Shea
Security Capital Assurance, the troubled US monoline bond insurer, has parted company with chief financial officer David Shea and replaced him with former XL CFO Elizabeth Keys.
Keys, who had previously served as SCA's head of financial planning and analysis and before that as CFO of XL Capital Assurance Ltd, will arrive in her new role on June 1.
