MMC forbidden from poaching Benfield brokers
MMC has been barred from approaching Benfield staff after it failed to buy Benfield last week, sources have told Reinsurance.
“MMC has been banned for talking to Benfield brokers for the next three months as part of a non-compete clause,” said one source familiar with the situation.
