Howden rebrands reinsurance arm
Hyperion's reinsurance broking operation, J K Buckenham, will adopt the Howden brand with immediate effect subject to the approval of the Financial Services Authority.
Hyperion acquired J K Buckenham in 2004. J K Buckenham has been managed by Howden, Hyperion’s broking division, for the past 12 months. The merger of the business and its staff into Howden together
