Clearing the decks.

As the number of asbestos-related claims creeps up, employers' liability insurers on both sides of the Atlantic are facing troubled futures. Decision-makers need to sit down and agree a common approach, if the industry is to deal with outstanding cases and move forwards, warns Steve Woods.
