The finger of blame shifted to Michael Bright’s senior management today, but the former boss acknowledged how their fear of him may have led to them keeping their actions secret, compounding Independent’s woes. Ralph Savage reports .
On his second day in the witness stand, Michael Bright’s defence was redirected towards his role in the development of Independent’s claims problems and battles over the GCD gap he had with staff.
