Dennis Lomas was, according to the judge “well in the know,” contrary to what his defence tried to prove for the past five months. And consequently he will have to serve half of a four-year sentence in prison. Olivier C Laurent reports .
Judge Rivlin told the defendant: “You accepted from May 2000 that you were an active part in the policy of keeping claims off the system. As time went on, you became more and more deeply involved.”
