Hawes recounts Condon's plea to stay in 2000

During his cross-examination, Colin Hawes, ex-deputy divisional claims director of Independent’s London Market operation, recounted a meeting in Leadenhall Market with Philip Condon in the second part of 2000, writes Olivier C Laurent .
