The Independent Trial was back in full flow today, without Philip Condon who was rushed to hospital yesterday with chest pains, writes Jamie Dunkley .
Judge Rivlin began proceedings by telling the court that Mr Condon’s condition was “not serious” and he would not be returning to the trial this week.
