Prosecution: Condon and Lomas knew of ERC discussions
The prosecution laid out evidence which suggested that Philip Condon and Dennis Lomas were aware of the discussions that were taking place with ERC ahead of the Independent board meeting on 5 March 2001, writes Andrew Tjaardstra .
