Lomas' defence questions orders not to disclose info to auditors
Mukel Chawla, representing former finance director Dennis Lomas, cross-examined Colin Hawes today about his testimony that Mr Lomas had asked him not to disclose certain information to the internal auditor, writes Olivier C. Laurent .
