SFO prosecution claims Bright knew of reserve lists

Andrew Baillie QC spent the morning session highlighting contradictions in Michael Bright’s defence regarding his knowledge of reserve lists that had not been put on the system, writes Martin Friel.  

The defendant seemed more composed and confident in his testimony yesterday as Mr Baillie attempted to show that Mr Bright had been misleading in his interviews with the Serious Fraud Office (SFO).
