Criticism of judiciary not a reason to stay

Dobbs v Triodos Bank NV (Court of Appeal - 15 April 2005)

The appellant, who appeared in person, requested the Court of Appeal to consider three preliminary applications, of which the second is the most significant.

This was for the proceedings to be stayed
