Enterprise issued thousands of policies without authorisation
Enterprise Insurance wrote 10,000 UK roadside assistance policies in the UK without authorisation.
In a report to the Supreme Court of Gibraltar on 21 October, provisional liquidator Freddie White also concluded that the company wrote a complex portfolio of insurance "without adequate underwriting
