Brit confirms plans for April float in London
Brit has confirmed plans to float on the London Stock Exchange in an initial public offering will come to fruition in April.
The IPO will see the sale of shares held by private equity backers Apollo Global Managements and CVC Capital Partners, and management, reaching a minimum free float of 25%.
